My Father was a Builder, Land Developer & Realtor in Flint, Michigan, so I grew up in the New Home Builder Business.1980 I got my Real Estate License in Denver, Colorado. I sold for New Home Builders like Pulte Homes, Centex Homes, Kaufman & Broad Homes, & several other Builders. I also worked as a General Real Estate agent when I wasn’t working for a New Home Builder. I left Denver, Colorado in 1994 & moved to Deerfield Beach, Florida.1995 I got my Florida Real Estate License & sold for Pulte Homes in Deerfield Beach, Florida. I started out as an onsite Sales Person, promoted to Sales Manager & promoted to General Sales Manager with 12 New Home Communities & 30 onsite sales people. 2000 I moved to Naples, Florida & sold for John R. Woods Realty, New Homes Sales Division in Naples, Florida. 2002 I sold for Arvida Realty in Bonita Springs, Florida as Sales Manager New Homes. 2006 I joined Realty Pros of Naples, LLC as a residential New Homes Sales Specialist.
